Unit 4: Working Memory

Holding Information → Manipulating It → Applying It Functionally
Course Overview
Working Memory is the ability to temporarily hold and manipulate information for active use. It underpins reasoning, planning, mental calculations, and adaptive performance.
This course strengthens learners’ ability to:
  • Retain short information sets accurately
  • Perform mental operations while holding data
  • Track steps and compare information logically
  • Apply memory in real-world simulations (finance, service, planning)
The progression builds from retention, to manipulation under load, to real-world cognitive integration.
